SnapMailbox was borne out of the desire to improve the virtual mailbox space giving the customers what we wanted - flexibility and reasonable pricing. We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

I had many questions when I made the call, and if Jessda was an extension of your organization, then you business aspirations will go far. If there were a way to request her on every call into, I would exercise that. Ona scale from 1 to 10, I give her a 15! She knew her product knew her answer and guided me to solution.

Each time I need help or clarification I could actually chat with a live agent and not some bot . This time the lady officer was quick to respond & resolved my problem. A truly 5 star experience.
