The staff was very much on point and at the same time you can see and feel they enjoy what they do. They are very knowledgeable. I have been to other real estate meetings in the past and this is 1st one that I felt good about. The tuition was more affordable with snap and you can see that they care about your success. Thanks snap flip for your honesty.

I really enjoyed the information, audience interaction with presenter, made the experience fun and funny. They were knowledgeable, friendly, made the information easy to digest and know that any audience member can actually do this. I really want to do both but I am not working. I really want them to come back so I can take advantage of both opportunities.

From the inspirational video clips to the speakers, I felt a sense of honesty and energy. They weren’t selling pipe dreams. They were offering a chance for people who want to work hard and learn about real estate investing and also providing access to funds for the deals that could be made. That was a winning combination to me. I decided to take the risk and take a chance.
