They suck balls never will buy products from smoking anymore Al their tanks overheat and are garbage and battery life sucks

I got a g priv 2 and I thought it was excellent at first now the tank sucks and the place where the tank scews on the mod is super loose and the tank won't come off really upset.

Rolo badge only lasts a month before it wont hit. After jumping through hoops to have mine replaced, the replacement has the same issues 3 weeks after receiving it! I called tech support for a refund, and they informed me they do not do refunds, only exchanges, and they don't know why mine are breaking. Terrible customer service, terrible products! my boyfriend just bought the infinix(?) a couple DAYS ago and the cartridge keeps leaking and spitting into his mouth. Not even close to overfilling. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND

New to vaping and seemed like SMOK was a good brand to start out with, I had a really good experience with their ResaStick so I decided to upgrade to a G-Priv 2 Kit, once the coil that came with it went bad, I purchased a box (set of 3 coils) V12 Prince-X6, they all had massive amounts of leaking problems (I even changed the gaskets to new ones that came with my G-Priv Kit). I figured I was new to this and maybe it was user error, so I purchased another box. !st coil lasted only for a day, 2nd coil is leaking and the 3rd is working just fine. I called and told me to email (Warranty) manager @ smoktech.com it has been a few days and no reply, even sent them pictures. At this point its safe to say that I will not be purchasing or recommending SMOK products to anyone. Thank god I have not purchased any more of their products, their customer service/warranty is a JOKE!

Tpriv 3 mod is ace but the coils are shocking. I've Been through 7 coils in 14 days. I'm going to have to change back to a different atty as I can't afford to replace it every day or two :-(

fix the leaking tanks, tired of wasting money on juice just to leak all over the place. Aside from the leaky issue, the smok products are pretty good so far

Both me and my sister both have Vape pens no trouble with them but after somewhat 10 boxes of coils burning out from 2 puffs to 2 days have given up with smok, and changed to vapouresso where the coils last up to 3 weeks, just look at the reviews for smoke coils on Amazon.

My first purchase was the Alien with baby beast sub-ohm tank....still have and use with no problems whatsoever. A month ago I bought the Mag mod with the Prince 8ml sub-ohm tank and I LOVE IT!!! I don't understand the bad reviews...maybe an impulse purchase? I did my research before I bought either SMOK units...I read reviews, I watched videos, I read forums...and I knew what I was buying. I've never had one problem with either of my 2 units and I also bought the GX350 with cloud beast sub-ohm tank for my husband...granted his unit is heavy so therefore he only uses at home but, again, no mechanical problems or defects. The only thing I will mention is that I did go through a lot of coils with each unit to find the right one for my taste/cloud production. I just ordered the new strip and mesh coils for the Prince tank and excited to see which one I like best....then I'm going to try the RBA for the Prince tank. On the Alien, I used the baby T8 at 70-75 watts with satisfying flavor and production. With the Mag/Prince, I've found that the V12 at 82.5 watts is perfect for me...the coil also lights up when fired which is kinda cool but not necessary and has no bearing on flavor/production. I love both my SMOK mods and the only issue with my husband's is the weight...it's not one you can just stick in your pocket and carry around. I have never even had to call customer service so I cannot comment on how they treat their customers. #SMOKhappy
