PipesPlus Rebate program, always been problematic, literally every transaction requires customer service. This month, payouts are refused, citing "technical reasons". I consider this a breach of terms. Very poor business practice.

Placed a $500+ order 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received the product or any communication from the company. I’ve sent multiple emails and made 3 calls to customer service and the answer is still the same…’shipping inquiry submitted to USPS’. Don’t place an order unless you are willing to wait 6 months for a delivery that will never be reimbursed or replaced.

UK customer here they have massively gone downhill no deliveries and no refunds not even a credit refund. I would just rather suck up and pay UK prices tbh.
