We ordered 4 items on March 4th with a total cost of over $2000. One item that cost $19.99 is backordered for 7 weeks and they have held the entire order for that one part without any notification. I had to call and spend 10 minutes on hold to find this out and then was not offered any other option but to wait for the backordered item. Not good customer service at all.

I received a smart cover tonneau cover. It had two small damaged areas on it and the customer service was great they sent me out a replacement right away. I would shop here again and recommend to a friend.

I finally got me a bad ass winch that us strong and durable will pull whatever I hook it to and will not have to worry about it.

I ordered a Smittybilt XRC10 Winch online for my husband for Christmas. When the package arrived it was in very poor condition. The box was practically falling apart, there were pieces of the remote control broken all over inside the box, the wiring was all smached and had exposed wires, and it seemed that there were pieces missing. It looked like someone had dropped it down a flight of stairs. I contacted the customer service department, they told me to send them pictures of the damage and they would then file a claim with UPS and UPS would then have 8 days to come pick up the damaged package at my house. Once the damaged package had been received they would ship a new one. Within a week of sending the pictures a new winch in perfect condition was delivered. They didn't even wait for UPS to pick up the damaged one. On top of it, we were unexpectedy signed up for a free year subscription to their 4x4 magazine. We didn't have to pay anything to ship the damaged package back either. My parents went through a similar situation with a different company and they ended up just having to eat the cost of the damaged product and they never even received a replacement so I was a little nervous about how this might play out. I was pleasantly surprised at the professional, courteous, and expedient manner in which this issue was handled and resolved. Thanks Smittybilt for making a stressful situation much easier than it could have been.

Ordered my product nine days ago and to the best of my knowledge it has not shipped yet.

Purchased Sure Steps and trailer hitch for my new Jeep Wrangler. They both fit perfectly and were easy to bolt right to the frame. All hardware was included with no missing nuts & bolts. Installation guide was very detailed for both. Both took a little over an hour to install. Saved a bunch of money by purchasing from Smittybilt Depot over what the dealer wanted to charge us for the two items. The Sure Steps are both functional and improve the look of my Wrangler. Ordering from Smittybilt Depot most definitely was the best way to go. Would definitely shop there again if the need arises.
