I'm happy with service installation and real friendly people !

The tech came and reviewed our system and gave us the best option to fit our budget. He was also polite and explained everything.

My tech did a great job of explaining the services and the costs. He also included an extra glass break with the service since I didn't need an extra door. I wish that the Smith phone rep had warned me that there might be an extra charge ($10/sensor) for reprogramming my current system. On the phone I was assured that they just had to switch out the SIM cards at no cost.

I like having the service installed by a professional and the smart installion.

Tech was late but courteous enough to call. He was very informative. Only think that bothered me was that I had to get an equipment warranty for an extra fee. But that was the only hidden fee so it's not so bad, I think. Overall good. Haven't used it yet so can't comment on actual service.

The tech was about 30 minutes late to our appointment. Other than that, he did a great job explaining Smith monitoring. He was quick and very courteous. A job well done

Though there were some miscommunications with the sales associate, the technician Joey Militello was great and very accommodating. He was efficient and very helpful. I appreciate his honesty and work ethic. We moved forward with the contract because of him and a sales manager Dave.
