Ricky was great, great service.

Donavan Rahming did a superb job. I unfortunately was not looking at my clock and called him at 7:00am central time, he promptly answered the call and was ready to assist me. I then, realizing what time it was, informed him to call me back when it was a better time. He then promptly called me back, showed me how to program my alarm and was cordial and professional the entire time. It is VERY rare to see someone today who has the initiative, patience, willingness to help and do whatever it takes for the customer. You have a superb employee and I hope you are doing everything you can to keep him!

Starting with the phone call to get a quote, to my follow up call confirming my installation appointment Sam was not only on time but he was early!! Yes EARLY to install the equipment. He was patient with the dog in the house, to explaining all details an showing me how to operate the system. I would recommend Smith Monitoring and the great work of Sam to all my friends!
