The technician Jeremy came to our house today to install a Smith Monitoring security device. He was very courteous and professional in explaining the many options the company offered for home monitoring. After going through the options, we decided upon the Smart+ Home system which provides a lot of great features and doesn't require a phone line to operate. The last part was the real selling point to me, as our phone line isn't on the ground floor. Jeremy quickly installed the system and ran us through the setup and use of the device. I think Sarah and I both feel better knowing that we have someone watching over our home when we aren't there. Thanks!
