RICKY WAS VERY NICE

All was good.

Pete showed up exactly on time actually a few minutes early. He quickly assessed the home and offered his suggestions for the best set up for our needs. We evaluated a number of alternatives and I changed my mind a few times on different locations where i wanted the different pieces of equipment and he was very patient and helpful in making those decisions. If I owned my own business and needed a tech to provide service I would want someone like Pete to represent me and my business. If you are in Austin and need an alarm installation from Smith Monitoring, I would recommend asking for Pete King!

The tech was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain all my options. He also gave me the pros and the cons on using my old system or going with something new. I was extremely satisfied by the level of customer service I received both on the phone and at my house.
