Nice service.

I have a old protection one system. Called smith monitoring to active the system for basic monitoring service. Jeremy came to check our system. He showed up on time and very professional. He is very helpful and informative too. We also realized that our 20 year old system is not so efficient. We end up have a 3 yearscontract with a new smart system. Till now, we r quite impressive with this new system. The price is reasonable too.

Jeremy came out on time and walked through all of the options with me. He was very clear on the different options. Installation was quick and easy and I'm very happy with the Smart Home package. It's extremely easy to use and having control via my phone is awesome.

Great people..from the Sale Consultant cody hill, to the techs Daniel and Dawn. Smith monitoring is a very knowledgeable and reliable company. That has great customer service..and my 72yrs old mother was able to use this system fairly easy. thanks again
