From initial sales, setting of appointment and at time of installation the customer service has been very good. All questions have been answered and concerns addressed. Installation technicians were on time and professional.

I had an alarm tonight (garage door) at 8:52PM.. Allowing it to sound for a period of time to test the "monitoring call center". After a period of time, I entered the code to stop the alarm. It is now 12:51AM and I am still waiting on a call from the "monitoring call center". When signing up with Smith Monitoring I was very specific in the fact, for the safety & security of my family, that we DO NOT WANT ANY DELAYS FROM THE "MONITORING CALL CENTER". When an alarm sounds, we fully expect to receive calls from the monitoring call center immediately (regardless if it is a viable or false alarm). Call without any delays. Thanks.
