Friendly, and straight forward, Tech, and paperwork was not overwhelming. After shopping several companies they after a pretty good deal which included 3 months free. Installer was a few minutes late but did call during the time frame to let me know he was on the way.

Day 1 of installation and so far so good. The tech did a good job going over the contract, letting us make choices as per installation and providing needed information. Nice guy and good discounts too!
