Smith.aiReviews of smith.ai

I've been trying to cancel my account for over a week. They still haven't done it, and I believe it's because they want to make cancelling hard. That's disingenuous, and not a good business practice.

I highly recommend Smith.ai for answering service and virtual receptionist service. Very professional and responsive to their clients’ needs.

Crappie company they scam u

I have spent some time struggling with what kind of rating to give to Smith.ai, because when a company seeks reviews, of course they are seeking good ones, and I certainly understand that. For us, the use of a reception service is a necessary evil. While it would be lovely to have a couple of people who actively know what it is that our firm does to answer all of our calls and are able to do actual potential client intake, hiring full-time receptionists just doesn’t fit with our current circumstances. So, we chose Smith.ai because they do market to law firms, and likely do a lot of intake for some firms. Our firm practice areas are a bit more “niche” and many of the receptionists answering the calls simply don’t understand what we do and do not handle. While we attempted at first for there to be intake involved, now the goal is simply to get contact information and a brief idea of what the caller is seeking so we can get back to the caller. I record all calls, and I find that vital for our process. There are some calls that are handled extremely well, and of course some that are handled very poorly. Overall, I am happy with the support team when I do have issues with call handling, which is important. So, I have decided to give Smith.ai an above-average rating, even though it was not the solution we were hoping for when we decided to hire a reception service.

Smith.ai has been a game-changer for managing incoming communications and client intake. Their receptionists handle calls, web chats, and lead qualifications with outstanding professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Works smoothly with existing CRM and calendar workflows for hassle-free appointment scheduling. Every caller is greeted warmly and guided through intake questions effectively. Spam & Lead Filtering: Significantly reduces time wasted on promotional calls or unqualified inquiries. Highly recommended for any small business or professional practice looking to enhance customer service and streamline day-to-day operations.

Excellent service! As a solo attorney, I cannot overstate how important Smith.ai's 24/7 service is to my practice. They professional field calls, get the right information to me and, if I'm not available, let the potential client know that I'll call them back. I couldn't practice without them!

Great job answering the phones. Would recommend.
