Hi Christie, Thank you for the amazing review! We're so happy to hear that you've had such a great experience with both our team and the redemption process. It's wonderful to have you with us at Smiles, we truly appreciate your kind words and your trust!
It should be called Frowns instead. I thought I would give it a shot and spent $500 and played $1 bets and got maybe 2-3 bonuses and it was gone in like 30 minutes. This may be the worse site I've ever played on. I'm telling you, I play them all and this one is by far the worst payouts I've had. Spend your money elsewhere. It's awful.

Hi James, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t meet your expectations. While wins can vary due to the nature of gameplay, we understand how important it is to feel rewarded while playing. If you'd like us to take a closer look at anything or share more details, our support team is always here to help at [email protected].
I turned 30 bucks into 500 on my first day signed up… just redeemed and waiting for it to hit my bank. The verification was super simple and from what I’ve read it’s a few days for the redemption to finalize into my account. So far the best start I’ve had at any online casino and I am signed up with ALOT of them lol. I will be continuing to play on Smiles :)

Hi Tanya, Thanks so much for sharing your experience. That’s an incredible start, congratulations! We’re glad to hear the verification process went smoothly. We hope your first redemption goes just as well and that you continue enjoying your time on Smiles.
Good platform, customer service responds. Been five days still first and second redemption “on the way” use othe social casinos and let’s say I’ll stick with those for a majority of time. Got verified on another site same day and have cashed out 4 times… that’s not even the regular play. Anyway try it out and see what happens for you

I had an amazing experience with Smiles Casino. I signed up on a whim and ended up winning over $11,000 in one day—something I never expected! The process to verify and redeem my winnings was smooth and only took 5 days, and the support team stayed in constant communication with me the entire time.I appreciate how transparent and responsive they were. If you’re skeptical like I was at first, I get it—but my experience was 100% real and positive. Highly recommend giving it a shot!

I had fun coming on this website and collecting the daily bonus and play for fun on this website. Well, first off, it’s nothing amazing compared to other websites that offer a dollar each day, but I was OK with what I was given until recently. One day, their website malfunctioned, and I was unable to collect the daily bonus. This reset my streak, and i will admit it’s on me that I didn’t contact them that same day, so there was nothing they could do about it. What’s worse though is my daily bonus went from .10 to .05 “smile coins” the next day. When I asked about the daily bonus, they first thought this was about my streak and me and gave me a chart of the daily bonus, which didn’t even offer a .05 bonus as seen below: “ Please see below the list of daily bonus you will be receiving per day. Day Gold Coins Smile Coins 1 200,000 0.1 2 200,000 0.2 3 200,000 0.25 4 200,000 0.35 5 200,000 0.5 6 200,000 0.6 7 200,000 1 ” When I asked about it and noted that I should get the .20 bonus, since it was the second day they responded with the following: “I do apologize for the confusion. Bonuses are system-generated and can vary from time to time. Any changes made in the casino are part of ongoing updates designed to keep the experience fresh and engaging for all our players.” I can safely say that this experience was not fresh or engaging and frankly it’s disrespectful. The daily bonus is what allows these businesses to operate as a sweepstakes, and reducing the amount received to five cents makes no sense and feels extremely deceptive.

Hi John, We appreciate your detailed feedback. It sounds like the experience with your daily bonus didn’t meet expectations, and we’re sorry to hear that. While the bonus system may adjust occasionally as part of broader updates, we understand how this felt disappointing. We’ll make sure to share this with our team. It’s feedback like yours that helps us improve how we communicate changes and ensure they feel fair to players.
Hands down the best sweepstakes casino out there! It took no time at all to get verified and the payout was in my account less than 24 hours. I'm waiting for my second payout now!
