So far my experience has been good. Smileie sent all the materials necessary to do impressions and included easy-to-understand instructions. Then they scheduled a Zoom call with a dental specialist to help walk me through making the impressions.

After finishing the treatment plan my smile my teeth still had gaps. After reaching out I was adviser this is what I agreed to, I sent a screen shot of what my teeth were supposed to look like and then was told I would have to pay more money to do the adjustment.

Dr. Arooj was great giving me very clear instructions on how to make my impression kit. I almost gave up because I’m doing it myself. It is hard to do it on your own. Hoping to get this aligners soon and straighten my teeth!
