The video call was very informative, but still not all the impressions were workable. They were very understanding and offered to send me more putty. Overall, it’s been a good experience not to mention the price of this brand is way cheaper than any other brand I have seen.

We followed their molding instructions four times and every time they had some problem with it. The whole thing was a waste of time, we are getting a refund.

I had a great experience with smileie. They really work with you and very responsive. The retainers/aligners I receive from smileie is definately very good quality and sturdy, at the same time extremely comfortable to wear. I have tried other company's retainer before and smileie is definitely much better quality and it looks great too!
