I recently contacted Smileie about an issue with my retainers. I had concerns because I had experienced problems with previous retainers as well, but Brett was responsive and continued working with me even after I expressed my concerns. He discussed my case with the relevant department and ultimately arranged a free replacement set. I appreciate that Smileie took the time to review my situation and work toward a resolution. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Trust me it's NOT worth the hustle. Their customers service is one of the most ATROCIOUS service I've ever had to deal with. Once you've paid for your service they'll keep leading you on with their "it's finalised and you'll get it in 10days" for weeks onwards. Let alone if you need a refinement or night retainers. They're very rude and will also randomly cancel your order if you respectfully call them out on their outrageous behaviour and lack of ownership. It's convenient because they have decent retainers but honestly try any other online company with a better customer service. It's not worth the headache and the anxiety.

instructions were helpful, glad i got to talk with a specialist so they can walk me through the impressions. it’s not as easy as i thought it was but with support they made it great.

Dr. Arooj was great and very supportive. I’m not usually comfortable in front of cameras (especially putting impression kits in my mouth) but she made me feel at ease and extremely comfortable :)
