Terrible organization
Terrible organization, still haven’t refunded me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Smile Boutique I had a real problem with the head of management telling me the following after a FaceTime call on September 27th. Not chewing on my front teeth I was showing you where they were hitting . They were cut too long. The appliance is way to loose, dentist states should fit snug. No exceptions So after my FaceTime call I was VERY confused and then concerned. So I thought it was only fair of me to have my concerns addressed by a professional. I went to a dentist to have a second opinion, and payed $100 for his opinion. That will require a refund He stated they simply did not utilize the impression correctly, the teeth are to long. Refused to file them as I was directed to do with a nail file and water. He stated “very poor quality device and very poorly fit from impression “ Your answer was to file myself: ABSOLUTELY NOT. You never should have recommended that. You also recommended I use a daily FIXODENT to address the very loose fit of the appliance . Dentist highly recommended against that as it can harm your health. If the device was manufactured correctly it should fit snug and NOT require FIXODENT. This was also not noted in any marketing materials or on your Facebook ad. THE DENTIST LATER STAYED AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT I FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION AFTER HEARING MY EXPERIENCE AND SMILE BOTIQUES RECOMDATIONS INSTEAD OF MANUFACTURING YOU ANOTHER ONE THAT FITS CORRECTLY WHILE BEING MANUFACTURED CORRECTLY. The dentist Also advised and highly recommended against the overall quality of the appliance . Rated the material used as VERY POOR and the cheapest option on the market that will NOT HOLD UP. I would be lucky if the device lasted 90 days if it was fitted correctly the first time. The current state of the device is way too loose and not usable or recommended.
