This is a horrible deceitful company. They use AI to chat with customers who want to cancel and didn't sign up for any subscriptions. I actually had the chatbot tell me "we will charge your account". I had sent mine back and they still never completely refunded my money. BIG SHAM and waste of time and money. I had to cancel my card and get a whole new number. Told them to shove it they weren't getting anymore of my money. Made me actually pay for the shipping to send it back. HORRIBLE COMPANY and SHAME ON YOUR SMILEACTIVES> and your stupid AI bot can suck it.

Product is great however I do not want to be on a subscription without being asked before I even try the product

I did not order this and it is impossible to find where to write or call and stop this! I want it stopped immediately! I can not use this stuff..it hurts my mouth! But you make it impossible to stop these shipments..I want it stopped immediately or I am going to my State Attorney General and get you stopped! Stop NOW!

I’ve been using smileactives for about 2.5 weeks. I use it twice daily, haven’t noticed any whitening yet. Have noticed significant teeth sensitivity. Cut down to once daily hoping to lessen the teeth sensitivity, with no improvement noted.

One of your advertisements is very insulting to seniors. I gave a very low raring so someone would read this post. Really your company is not this bad, but when a women says do you want your teeth like old NaNa or PaPa, I get extremely insulted. I am 84 and do not have bad teeth and take extremely good care of them. Your product seems to whiten pretty well. Suzanne. 720-877-1244
