this company charged me $25 and nothing came up it just was taken out of my account but don’t worry i’m a licensed lawyer and if i don’t get refunded in the next 24 hours i’ll sue the whole company. they might know me from when i sued true health and won so i wont be afraid to sue another big time conoany

Made a payment on Venmo and was told I could get $20 back, well ... it asked for my credit card number and immediately attempted to CHARGE me $25 (instead of $20 cash back) without telling me what it's for. Luckily, my credit card company blocked the transaction - so there's enough data out there with these phuckers that credit card companies are on notice. I'm 1000% sure Venmo is in on this because how else could smartyplus.net know that I'd just made a transaction and immediately tried to trick me with a goody? So ... smartyplus.net, you're fired, and Venmo? You're on probation.

Total scam. Ordered movie tickets and was shown that I could get 20$ back. I went to the website, put in my card info, and was IMMEDIATELY charged 25$ before I got the chance to put any other info in. Bank labeled the charge as suspicious and restricted my card. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE.

I don't remember ever signing up for a subscription with them, but they charged my account $25 and are now trying to charge it again with a $0 balance. This seems like at least a shady business, and at most simply a robbery.

Money was charged on my credit card without me even noticing for a few months . The amount was $23.72 the last transaction noticed, Canadian converted from US funds.I just found out a few days ago and reported to my credit card . They credited me back the amount that smartyplus.net had fraudulently taken and cancel that credit card for me at the same time. I never did any business with them or subscribe anything from them . I do not know who they are, my experience with them if you ask me.. they are scammers.

I got the free trial and then immediately cancelled, but was still charged. I disputed the transaction and I'm currently waiting for the result to be decided.

smartyplus.net stole my money via a Venmo pop-up ad...right after I was paying someone legit on Venmo for the first time. The ad said: "Get $20 back with Smarty Rewards". Turned out that 25 dollars was stolen, and it was marked as suspicious activity by my bank. I was not aware of this purchase, so my debit card was blocked. I only knew about it once a text from the Fraud Dept was sent to me, and I looked "SmartyRewards cashback venmo" up.
