I ordered these items: Heated Water Hose - FreezeFreeHose and Add-A-Stat Thermostatic Controlled Outlet. They both are working great! The Add-A-Stat turns on at 35* just as stated. And turns off at the right time too. Thank you for this product! I highly recommend these 2 products.

Had an issue with the heated water hose and was replaced at no charge. Its nice to deal with an American company who stands behind their product

I called & Sharon was able to locate the size of heated hose that I needed for my travel trailer. I was able to drive right over & get what I needed. My experience with SmartTechProducts was great! I had and issue with a few of the freeze free hoses and called to figure out the warranty on them. I was able to reach someone right away and got replacements ordered. They paid for return shipping of the defaulted hoses and sent the replacements right away. They contacted me to make sure i had received the shipping label. They wont leave you hanging!
