Horrible Customer Service
This company will not remove me from their contact list. Started receiving email solicitations last year and after repeated calls and requests to remove me, they continue to send. Was on the phone with man who swore and threatened me because I didn't want to receive the emails. Different names yet the same email every couple days.. Here is the email: Hi Bryan, I wanted to reach out to see if your team could use additional support with construction estimating and material takeoffs. We work with general contractors, subcontractors, and project owners across the U.S., providing detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, architectural services, and 3D renderings. Our team covers civil, MEP, concrete, lumber, drywall, roofing, painting, glazing, demolition, fire alarm systems, and other construction trades. If you have any projects coming up, feel free to send over the drawings or a project link. We can review the scope and provide pricing and turnaround details for your consideration. I'd also be happy to share sample estimates so you can get a better idea of our work. Would this be useful for any of your upcoming projects?
