My son was gifted a 3 in 1 scooter. We used it a handful of times and the wheel literally snapped off as he was riding it in the park on smooth pavement. He was 2 years old when this happened so it’s not like he was riding recklessly. I reached out and they sent 2 wrong replacements. On 6/15/23 they apologized once again for sending the wrong replacement and assured me that the correct item will be overnighted. It is now 6/20/23 and I have yet to receive the scooter or a response to my numerous emails asking for a tracking number. Prior to Thursday the company was responding to every email in less than 24 hrs. It’s been 5 days and nothing. My son still has no scooter. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And beware of faulty products that could seriously injure your child.

Loving our smartrike. The only problem is I cannot get accessories for it in Ireland at all. I need a raincover and there appears to be stockists of the accessories here in Ireland. I'm hoping my comment here will be seen and I might get some help.

Warranty part sorted with 0 fuss from Smarttrike for our childs 1 year old smart trike.

We lost the wheels to our smartrike during the winter here. Ira was quick to help, and provided prompt and accurate information. They provided prompt responses and we were able to get our new wheels ordered easily and stress feee.

I purchased a smartrike back in November 2022. My baby loves this product and I use it on a daily basis, I love it too! Unfortunately a part on the product had broken so I contact customer service. A lady called Ira promptly responded advising they’ll send me a replacement trike if I provide a photo and serial number which was easy to locate. After, Ira quickly provided a prepaid shipping label for me to return the faulty product and advised a replacement would be sent upon receipt of the faulty item. At this point I was predicting a couple of weeks before I received the new trike but to my surprise it would literally a coupe of days! Ira was super efficient and I felt like she “under promised and over delivered” so thank you! I’m very happy. The warranty policy from Smartrike is great and I’ll definitely choose this company first when purchasing other items.

I purchased a Smartrike Breeze for Toddlers online for my grandson's Christmas gift in December, 2021. My son needed to contact the company regarding a warranty claim on a part that broke. I had the order and shipping information saved on my computer except for the order number. I received an initial response from Franck at Smartrike within 24 hours and within 48 hours had the order number from him which I forwarded to my son. I am very impressed with the speedy response by customer service so I give them a 5 star.
