I requested a brake part for a bicycle brake that had been lost and customer service was able to help me efficiently. There was an email communication and I received the part at my home free of charge. I want to reiterate the quality of your customer service and the professionals who work there. Mace at customer service was wonderful. My cousin gifted us with his daughter’s old smart trike and when we made it home from our trip I took my son out. He really had fun, sadly the seat belt broke. I reached out and was able to get a replacement seat belt and safety bar. I paid and had the items the very next day!!!!! I will recommend Smart Trike to everyone with littles.

Can anyone tell me how they managed to get a hold of customer service ? So far I’ve tried 2 email addresses out of booklet and a number out of the box with the smartrike, plus left a message on smartrikes Facebook wall all to no avail , trying to contact them about a problem with my daughters trike she got for her birthday but having no joy

We love our tricycle, our daughter rides it every day, sleeps in it and it's very comfortable. It is easy to assemble, small for storage, and light to carry when traveling. Very practical. We had one minor issue with canopy and it was easily solved with help from customer service. Definitely recommend buying their tricycle.

We received a Smartrike 4-in-1 tricycle as a gift in 2019. Our daughter had a lot of fun with it. Unfortunately the push rod broke off. I contacted the customer service and we received a whole new Smartrike. Even without a receipt. I am very content with their friendly service and now we can enjoy the Smartrike with our daughter again.

I bought a SmarTrike T1 on Amazon but it arrived without a seat. SmarTrike customer service did an absolutely outstanding job and helped me out. It is clear they stand by their product and care about the customer experience. Thank you!
