I have to say that it's an easy diet to follow. Although I've done it for 4 weeks and being really strict with it, I have not lost all that much I lost 8 pounds. I had lost 20 pounds with the Dr. Siegal's cookie diet 2 years ago. The smart for life cookies taste better than Dr Siegal cookies. But the outcome is not as good.

I appreciate that they allow me to try new products when I place an order.

This is our fourth time using the cookies to help lose weight. It has worked every time!!

I have been using the Smart For Life products for over five years. I use them to have healthy good tasting foods with me throughout the busy work day. With SFL products always on hand I resist the urge to reach for foods that would be poor choices in eating.
