Love the peanut butter cookies

When I was 50 I needed to lose 45 lbs and I loved this “diet” and lost the weight and had tons of energy. It only took 3 months and I followed it to the T Now I am 60 and need to lose some weight again and I’m doing the Smart for Life Cookies. Feeling great and losing the weight.

have used these products for years, THEY WORK. Just follow the program, food is good and healthy

I really like the products. The amount of fiber, carbs and protein is a good ratio for me because I am very sensitive to carbs. To many carbs triggers into a overeating food binge and so I have to be careful. I also like the taste of the products. I haven't come across any one product that I haven't liked.Smart for life products work for me.

So disappointed.There is flavor but the cookie even after microwaving was crumbly and dry. Flavored cardboard. Seriously, I couldn't swallow them and I wanted to so much. Also I ordered a different flavor than was sent to me. I called customer service within the 3 day time limit to return my 3 week order ($129.00) and was told it would be $75 restocking fee plus shipping (heavy box) to return because of the expiration date. It took a week and a half to receive the cookies and I could not find an expiration date on the cookies. Bottom line is that that I question the positive reviews I relied on about these cookies. Buyer beware. I will not be returning the cookies as there will not be enough money saved to bother. I really wanted this to work but have lost $129.00 in the process.

I went on this diet 3 years ago and lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. I never put it back on because it taught me a better way to eat. Now I am back on it to lose another 5-10 lbs and reach my goal weight.
