It has made my business run effectively and efficiently without the headaches of using multiple CRMs. It has all the tools needed in one place. Customer service is 10/10 and gets back to you immediately. I'm very impressed with every one of their employees as they all have great knowledge on their product.

Excellent SMS platform. We've used it for a handful of our businesses. Top notch. Better than any other platform, and we've tested many. It's the only tool we can rely of for SMS marketing today. Thank you and excellent platform!

I've been working with Smarter Contact for my SMS services for over a year now, and I'm very pleased with how it's gone so far. The platform is incredibly easy to use, but what impresses me most is their customer service. With platforms like this, it can be difficult to actually reach someone to discuss issues or questions. I'm always able to promptly get in touch with someone, and as anyone using SMS as a core piece of their business understands, this is worth its weight in gold. A+ experience, thanks to the team over at SC. I can't recommend it enough.

SmarterContact has been a great tool for my real estate marketing. It makes bulk texting simple and efficient, and I can reach a large list of prospects quickly. Uploading contacts is straightforward, campaigns are easy to set up, and I’ve found that my return on ad spend is strong compared to other channels. The platform helps me keep my outreach organized and lets me track responses so I don’t lose leads in the shuffle.

Best SMS platform on the market. I have used multiple other systems and this one is the best. From the interface, message scheduling, auto replies, auto follow up campaigns, the ease of using and integrating. I can't say enough good things about smarter contact.

We came to SmarterContact from another platform in 2023 after our SMS marketing performance kept falling below our standards. The amount of freedom SC provides is unparalleled and has allowed us to stay engaged with clients in a way that no other service does. It's very tech-friendly, meaning it doesn't take much (if any) tech expertise to operate effectively. We will continue using SC for as long as it remains the very best in the industry that we've seen, and I suspect that will stay the case for a long time.
