Smarter ContactReviews of smartercontact.com

I was using launch control before but Smarter contracto is by far better. From the customer service support to them not spamming you to upsell. They know they have have a better product. I enjoy how easy and simple it is to navigate around the app and site.

Fernanda handled my onboarding and did a great job. I missed our first call (that's on me, I was disorganized), and she rescheduled without missing a beat and explained everything clearly while still having the ability to ask my hundreds of questions I always have. My A2P campaign isn't approved yet, so I haven't sent anything live, but the foundation to my machine and groundwork is being laid the same way it was with previous teams that have had great success in the real estate industry with this same platform, so I'm excited to now have full control and be in the driver's seat myself. What stands out is that you can customize your outreach however you want. Other mass outreach platforms make you use their done-for-you templates and frameworks, so you end up sounding like every competitor running the same scripts. Smarter Contact lets you control how your message lands, and I know that their customer support team wants you to be successful, because that's their literal business model, so their response times and prioritization of troubleshooting customer issues is top tier. Happy with my experience thus far, and will come back to this review in the future if anything changes!

Smarter Contact has been a valuable tool for our real estate lead generation efforts. One of the things I appreciate most about the platform is how easy it is to learn and navigate. Even with its different features and capabilities, the learning curve is manageable, making it easier to get started and incorporate it into our daily workflow. The platform has helped us streamline our outreach process, organize our contacts, and manage communication with potential sellers more efficiently. Features like SMS campaigns and contact management make it easier to stay organized and consistently follow up with leads. Overall, Smarter Contact is a great option for real estate investors and professionals looking to simplify their lead generation process and improve their outreach efforts. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a user-friendly platform to support their real estate business!

I’ve been using SmarterContact for my marketing campaigns and I’m really happy with it.The learning curve was surprisingly easy. I was up and running pretty quickly without feeling overwhelmed, which was a big plus. It’s made reaching out to leads so much smoother—I can send text campaigns, follow up, and keep track of conversations without jumping between a bunch of different apps. The built-in CRM is super handy and the message delivery has been consistently good.Best of all, the ROI has been solid. It’s more than paid for itself through the extra conversations and deals it’s helped generate, so it’s been well worth every penny for me.Support has been solid whenever I’ve had a question too. Overall I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to other real estate folks looking for a reliable texting and marketing platform. Five stars from me.

I love smarter contact I switched from launch control and it has been an amazing transfer, the customer support is amazing

Absolutely terrible experience. Customer services is abismal. Incredibly hard to work with them.

I’ve been using Smarter Contact for my land business going on a year now. The platform was easy to learn and I was able to get campaigns up and running without spending a ton of time figuring everything out. If you’re a land investor doing consistent outreach, the ROI can easily justify the cost. One deal can pay for the platform many times over. Definitely a tool I’d recommend to other land investors, or wholesalers.

I've been in land investing for years and tried a bunch of outreach tools. Smarter Contact is one of the easiest. I got everything set up and running fast, no headaches, and I wasn't stuck watching tutorials. The leads coming in are quality too. These are real sellers who actually want to talk, not tire kickers. If you're doing text outreach, just start here.
