I've talked to a lot of brokers. Most of them sound helpful right up until you realize you're the product, not the customer. Zach was different. Patient. Answered every question. And he told me something nobody else had: some brokers bury better offers because the worse ones pay them more. That one sentence saved me from making a very expensive mistake. Reached out and had real options in front of me within 24 hours. No pressure. No games. I needed to move fast and he matched that energy without trying to steer me somewhere that benefited him more than me. If you're drowning in financing options and can't tell who's actually helping versus who's just getting paid, start here.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. It truly means a lot to us. What you described is exactly why Small Biz Heroes exists. Our role is to be advisors first, not salespeople, and that means putting transparency and the client’s best interest ahead of commissions or shortcuts. Zach takes that responsibility seriously, so it’s great to hear that patience, clarity, and honesty stood out in your experience. We’re glad we could move quickly, present real options, and do so without pressure or games. Financing decisions matter, and they should be made with full context and trust. Thank you for choosing Small Biz Heroes and for recommending us to others who may be navigating the same challenges. — The Small Biz Heroes Team 🦸♂️💚
