Very poor communication and don’t want to payout. After many chats I was finally told that my credit union was on their restricted list so at the request of Sandy/vIP host, I opened an account with a nationally known bank…..provided all the docs and was still denied. With each chat, more info requested including my acct # and the address of my beneficiary….what? No way! None f this was necessary when I played on another online casino…..sooooo frustrating!

I've been evaluating cosinos for awhile. I have yet to extract a dime from any of them as yet.. Mind you I've only committed enough to one to actually deposit money into. Not a lot. A hundred $ several times. So my experience is not vast.. Sots of Vegas,,they got some quirks. If your a deposit they give you 14 free spins a day on a game of their choice . That's cool. But I spent hours spinning wheels for fun and observation and found line for line between real money or practice mode did not pay the same for exact same line or win. For instance it may pay 75.cents in fun mode and 25 cents for real money , the exact same line.. I also noticed some wins did not pay at all in real money mode. Unless you played slow and deliberate looking for those things on machine you spent hours on playing for nothing these things would go unnoticed likely. This was common on the slots at this casino. I felt cheated and in fact and in truth I was cheated... Another folly on twe differant deposits, what should of and was supposed to have been 5 or 6 dollar process fee on their end ended up being $17 Several hours of my time trying to straighten out their folly was no fun and as far as I'm concerned wasted my time .Because it shouldn't have happened Ruined the mood And like a previous reviewer noted it wasn't the money so much as the principal of it all. I never cashed out a dime at slots of Vegas and tried my best to be verified, honest pretty easy to please , under unpleasant happenings , never had much fun.. Flirting with the woman chat support, turned into the highlights of it, I spent more time their. Ultimately it's their folly, I know I'll never deposit another dime their, and who knows. As far as I know I still got 14 free spins a day as a former deposited, maybe I'll get lucky... But being cheated when I gamble , that's a shooting offense in the old West and it irks me, not that I would ever shoot anybody "ever" . Let me also stress I only played slots , I no comment or observations of any other game they may offer.. . Soooooo, I waited over 6 months requesting bitcoin withdrawal after bitcoin withdrawal, they found any reason they could to deny me, it was kind of ridiculous tbh. I had all but given up on this site. I did try the coindraw option on this site and once after 24 hours and once after 72 hours I have received 2 $2.000 withdrawals from them, but support is not helpful with anything, and there is no way to tell if you will get lucky and get your money.

Overall I like the site and their bonuses however the company that owns them is the same as Raging Bull casino, Planet 7 casino, Silver Oak, Slotsgarden, Cool Cat Dreams and Ruby Slots to name a few. Slots of Vegas didn't stand out to me at first glance, but it's been a while since I hit the strip. Graphics, sound effects, and animations are all on-point; and I had a great time spinning the reels.
