Easy process and quick

Took almost a week but I did finally get paid the full $2,500. Updated to 4 stars Still waiting….. Day 6 since my original redemption requests and Day 3 since my resubmission of the redemptions that they cancelled. In response to Slothub comments below, the problem is I do upload the requested docs but y’all claim to never have even received them let alone review them. I’ve emailed multiple times with absolutely no response whatsoever. Submitted 2 redemptions and both cancelled with them claiming I didn’t upload requested documents to Shufti. I submitted them twice actually so I don’t know if they’re incompetent or Shufti sucks or both! Resubmitted redemption and already uploaded to Shufti so let’s see what happens.

Hi Laura, We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be to submit verification documents multiple times, especially when your redemptions are affected. Please note that submitting documents through our verification provider does not necessarily mean the verification process has been successfully completed. All documents must meet the required criteria and be successfully verified before a redemption can proceed. We kindly ask that you contact us at [email protected], mentioning that you're reaching out regarding this Trustpilot review. This will allow our team to look into your specific situation, review your verification status, and provide further assistance. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you resolve this matter. Regards, SlotHub Team
Waiting over 48 hours for card verification on first redemption. will update this depending on how they handle it. First followup: they're claiming they never got the card verification. I asked them multiple times about this and it took over 60 hours for them to respond to it. I still haven't been verified or paid Second follow up: verification came through, and they paid me.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the delay you've experienced with your card verification, especially as you're waiting for your first redemption. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait longer than expected, and we appreciate your patience throughout the verification process. Please note that card verification is an important security measure to ensure that payment information is properly validated before a redemption can be processed. In some cases, additional review may be required, which can extend the verification timeframe. We would be happy to look into your verification status and determine whether any additional information is needed to complete the process. Please reach out to our Support Team directly so we can review your account and assist you further. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Best regards, The SlotHub Team
