Excellent customer service! My original order was lost in the mail. I tracked it to jfk but it sat there for 3 weeks. Upon contacting the company they immediately replaced my glassed. Unfortunately when I received the glassed I wasn't really happy with the fraim. I was able to return glasses and ordered a new pair. Whole process was super easy.

I love that these glasses have nose pads, not many plastic glasses can be found with this. My son needs to patch an eye for several hours a day, the cloth patch slides off and on well. One downside- the little plastic part that goes over the ear is easily movable and breakable. We use silicon holders to keep the glasses on... my son is only 2yrs old. These little earpieces to pad the ear broke very soon after getting them.

My glasses turned out great! I would definitely buy from SLLAC again. My only complaint is that they need to keep customers better notified when items are shipped.

I really like the glasses they are a bit big I wish you could get the frame in different sizes also they need to fix a few things like I only have a certain type of axis in one eye and not the other 33-0 is mine and I couldn’t do that

These guys are awesome! First pair of glasses were a mistake but right away contact them and replaced them with the correct tint I had ordered at no cost to me.I love my glasses! I'm always receiving great compliments.I have been recommending this site for glasses to everyone.

The color changing lenses take 5-7 business days to produce. Your order arrived 20 days after it was shipped and we are committed to a shipping time of 7-18 business days. we are sorry that due to the epidemic, the global logistics time will be slower.
