I ordered on 6/16/20 and today is 7/10/20 and I still haven’t got them my friend ordered some after me and got hers like a week later

Glasses arrived with numbers embedded on the lenses in which you can see clearly. Got in touch with them only by Facebook messenger and they said it was normal. I said I never had a pair of glasses with numbers embedded right on the lens. They said they could take them back and make the numbers lighter. I said I would rather have a refund. Sent glasses back and received refund no problem.

Order was placed the beginning of May, and I still have not received it. I have contacted customer service and they are just telling me to wait. Some more. This was my first order with SLLAC, and will be my last. Really a shame because they do have some cute styles. I will stick with Zenni, who I have NEVER had a problem with and from whom I always receive my glasses within 2 weeks.

Love the price but I still haven't received my glasses yet though. Shipping takes forever. And I never received a tracking number and had to search around to figure out how to track where my glasses are.... Still in China.. Hopefully will get here soon I need to see 😂

I keep getting bugged for a review but I still haven't even gotten my glasses yet, so 2 stars is all ya get. 2 weeks today I placed my order, still is in processing. So, who knows?
