I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One of them were wearable, but clearly cheaply made. The other pair I received had my prescription totally wrong so I am unable to wear them at all.

The glasses don't look at all the way they supposed to... In the picture they were a beautiful bright red color but the real color is some kind of sad red almost orange. So sad with this purchase

Images on the website may have color variations due to the color tones of the display.
The glasses are fine but took over a month to arrive. The website said it would ship in 3-5 days and be delivered in 14-20 with standard shipping. It took over two weeks to ship and another two weeks for it to arrive.

Sorry for the delay. We'd like to tell you that Usps shipping is slower than before, as they are short-handed due to the COVID-19.
I haven't received my order yet so its very hard to post a rating.. Once I receive my order I will be able to post a more accurate rating of my experience.

I contacted customer service when I received my sunglasses and the pink, which was presented as a very muted dark brown/pink on the website arrived as a violent bright barbie pink. And the lenses caused me some nausea. Customer service was very easy to get through to, and after being assured that they would send me new lenses, an order for $20 was created on my account without my express permission. I had agreed that I liked the color, but we hadn't discussed pricing. I wasn't happy about it, but I had gotten the frames for a dollar, and I would rather have a functioning pair of glasses, so I immediately paid for the lenses. I selected the expedited shipping, that was free at this point. 3 weeks later, my lenses still hadn't arrived, so I contacted customer support again to track the order They said that they had been waiting on a notification of payment and hadn't even started working on the lenses yet. All in all, it took over a month to received the replacement lenses, and, even though the prescription and color was changed between lenses, they still make me nauseous. The end frame/lens color combo looks great, but I've had better results with other online glasses retailers and I will be sticking with them.

Loved the frame style of glasses but the nose piece hurts nose and also the frame arms seem to slant so the fit don't seem right not comfortable

Glasses ill-fitting and prescription is difficult to see through. Almost as though vision goes in and out of focus.
