Hi there, We’re sorry to hear that the glasses were larger than you expected. While this frame is listed in our Kids collection, sizing can vary within the collection, and the actual fit depends on the frame measurements and the child’s head size. We understand that the fit wasn’t what you were looking for. Please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll be happy to review the frame measurements with you and assist with exchange options if needed.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the prescription lenses worked well for your daughter, but we're sorry to learn that one of the connectors on the goggles broke after only a few uses. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and that your son is feeling uncomfortable wearing the glasses. Even when the prescription is correct, some wearers—especially with new lenses—may need a short adjustment period, but dizziness or a “wonky” feeling can also be related to frame fit, lens positioning, or progressive/optical alignment depending on the lens type. Yes, we do have a return policy. We’d be happy to review your order and help you with the available options, such as a return or remake depending on the situation. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll take care of this for you as quickly as possible.
