Hi, Thank you for reaching out. We’d like to look into this further. Could you please send us a screenshot, link, or copy of the advertisement where the VisioEar is described as an “ear vacuum”? This will allow us to review the information you saw and better understand your concern before we advise you on the return request. Kind regards, - The Slivor Team
Product never arrived. Was sent back to the supplier with no attempt of delivery, didnt even get to my city before being sent back. You pay for Royal Mail Tracking, but it didnt even get to Royal Mail after arriving in the UK. Despite constant emailing, company refuses to take accountability and wont refund me. They just keep asking me to confirm my identity. It's annoying and now I'm 40 pounds out of pocket.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, buy from Slivor and expect them to honor their 30 day guarantee. When I purchased in June, the product did not work for my ear shape. I tried to initiate the moneyback guarantee, and they told me to try using the product for a full 7 days, so I did. When I told them that it's still not right for me and I wanted my money back, they told me they can't because I used the product!? Insane - do not buy! Initiated a chargeback with screenshots of their website, and Amex handled it for me.

Package stuck in transit for 3 months because of a problem. They can't solve it, spoke with both seller and delivery carrier. Stuck in a loophole of having to contact each other. No refund or replacement.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating a prolonged transit delay can be. We'd like the opportunity to review your case and help find a resolution. Unfortunately, we aren't able to identify your order from this review alone. Please contact our support team with your order details, and we'll be happy to investigate the status of the shipment. If the package is still in transit, we can also discuss available options to help expedite the delivery process where possible. We take delivery issues seriously and would appreciate the chance to assist you directly. Best regards, — The Slivor Team
Me gusta Slivor. Lo veo necesario para la higiene personal de los oidos. En mi casa lo usamos toda la família y tambien nos parece divertido ver el interior del oido con la cámara. Muy buena compra. Lo recomiendo.

Ordered in November 2025 and never received the product, shows stuck in a warehouse. Contacted the company via email with no response either to get me what I ordered or to get me a refund. It is now April 2026. Next step is to discourse the charge. Not worth the hassle.

This tool keeps you from "going in blind" when it comes to cleaning or checking your ears! I was so relieved to actually SEE that I had no obstructions or wax build up. I so appreciate having the tool I need to be able to take the 1st step in caring for my family's ears.
