SleepypodReviews of sleepypod.com

No problems here

The first one did not fit and you sent me a second one that does not fit. You ignored the measurements and sent a medium when the dog clearly needs a large.

Wonderful product

I had a strap break within a year The customer service was great sent pictures and receipt. Replacement came super fast.

my dog and I love sleepypod. This has been his travel bag & home from day one and no other bag compares.

Super quick service and warranty replacement for harness

My dog stands up and gets twisted constantly. I have to unbuckle her to free her while driving which is so dangerous. This product may be crash tested but it doesn't keep the dog in place. It was expensive and not helpful unless someone is in the back seat with my dog.

I ordered a SleepyPod carrier and it was processed quickly. I was able to receive my item that week. It’s extremely high quality. I’m happy to know my puppy will be able to grow into and it’s backed by a great warranty as well.
