I bought the Sleepypod Air replacement bed cover thinking it came with the foam insert. It didn't. It was my mistake. Sleepypod was super helpful and exceeded my expectations!

We love our Sleepypod. Our dog is so comfortable in there, and is so much calmer on drives and at the vet now. We’ve chatted with customer service about a few things, and they’re fantastic. Love this company.

Delivery was quicker than expected! The harness fit my dog well and was easy to adjust and get him accustomed to. Easy to use in the car and works well for walks too.

The sizing is off. I measured my dogs and followed the sizing guidelines. The harnesses are too big. For the price I expect a better return/exchange policy.

I have bought several Sleepy pods. one for a rottie mix, one for a Golden and one for a border collie mix. I easily adjusted to fit these dogs. Now I have a mini golden doodle who has a deep chest but very small neck. I bought the small which can be adjusted for her chest but I can't get the neck small enough so it gaps. Unfortunately, that means she can chew on the straps. I'll still try to use for long road trips but the fit is not great.

I had excellent customer service when I chatted about the status of my order. I only gave it 4 stars because on the website I thought you could sign up at checkout like a lot of places offer, but that was not the case. Minor inconvenience but great customer service.
