Hello Jocelyn, Sorry to hear about your experience! If you haven’t already, please try rotating the plugs so that the curve of the plugs match the curve of the ear canals and insert deeply in your ears to see if the seal improves. Sometimes it also helps to pull the upper outer part of the ear outward as you insert the ear plugs, to allow a deep insert.
Doesn't hardly stop noise.

Hi Debra, We regret to hear about your experience. If you haven’t already, please try rotating the plugs so that the curve of the plugs match the curve of the ear canals and insert deeply in y our ears to see if the seal improves. Sometimes it also helps to pull the upper outer part of the ear outward as you insert the ear plugs, to allow a deep insert. We hope that you will find a good seal with them by trying the above and we thank you for giving our products a try! We have sent you an email with further information. Please help check an email coming from [email protected].
This is not bone conduction technology— it’s a tinny little speaker. I am in the process of returning it. Everyone can hear it, not just the user. My bone conduction devices that I use in other applications are only audible to the wearer. AND the sound quality is horrendously poor.

Hello Mary, Thank you for letting us know your experience. If haven't already, please try flipping the Sleeper Speaker upside down to experience louder/better quality sound through your pillow. It may be possible that the pillow you are using is too dense for the conduction speaker to properly deliver sound through vibrational frequency. If you are still not fully satisfied with your experience, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to guide you through our return processing. Kind regards, Jane from Customer Service Sleeper
I’m not sure you can improve. First the volume didn’t go high enough. Second the instructions were hard to follow. I didn’t understand what a long push was and it was only by trial and error that I got it synched with my iPod. Finally although this isn’t you—I have no idea how to store podcasts on an SD card to listen that way. But the main thing is that it is very hard to hear spoken words. Music might be different it that’s not what I wanted it for.

Hello Jr, Thank you for your feedback. There are 2 ways in which you increase the volume for the speaker. If you haven't tried already, please flip the sleeper speaker so the bottom side faces up. This will increase the maximum volume. Second thing you can try is to try with a different pillow as the pillow material's density may affect the volume. If you are still not able to reach an ideal volume, we would be happy to guide you through our return process for a full refund. Please reach out to us at [email protected] for further support. Best Regards, Sleeper
Sad they disappoint my expectation. Unable to hear, or too loud for privacy.

I received my buds quickly but I have been having some problems with the performance. Hissing and,Static for the first 10 minutes. The left bud fits and stays in sound is ok the right bud does not sit right and falls out and does not seem to be as strong a sound as the left. I've been using ear buds for sleeping for 2 years as I have terrible insomnia. I was glad the buds were small and appeared more comfortable than my last set.

Awful sound quality, hurts my head to sleep on it under the pillow. Not really useable for me.
