We are delighted with the quality of product, but the shipping issues were challenging! Tracking updates showed delivered, but it was not. I tried to contact just shy of the holiday weekend. The staff member who called after the holiday was incredibly personable and polite even though I struggled to be!

I bought the 1.5” ultra low-profile foundation for my king size bed. So far so good. The product appears to be well-made and I haven’t run into any issues. One small note is the Velcro system used to attach the slats to the frame. It’s kind of a pain to install given how easily Velcro can grip on to things, but once it’s in you don’t have to think about it.

I would have given it a 0 except for delivery was very good. I will never purchase Naturepedic again. Service was the worst I've ever experienced. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Nobody would put me in touch with somebody who would give me answers. I waited for over two months for a delivery and was told by one person they were doing me a favor. I had to explain that it was his job to handle my situation. I hope this time this mattress doesn't sink. Again, the person I dealt with for delivery was good as was the people who made the actual delivery. With that exception my opinion is NO THANK YOU.

great customer service, timely delivery of product

The mattress was hard as a rock when delivered, not the same as in the store. I had also purchased an incline bed frame that was over $2,000. Never during the sale did they make it clear the frame was not returnable. I wold have thought twice before spending that kind of money on something non-returnable. I have called several times for them to come pick up the mattress and give me a refund as well a a refund on the base. I have many health issues and this just made them worse. No one has given me the courtesy of calling me back or setting up a date of pick-up and return of this useless base. Service has been so very poor. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They make the sale and then you never hear from them when you leave messages or if you call the store they are rude (Michael). I called customer service and got nowhere. I want the mattress picked up and I want this base out of my house and I want a refund of my close to $5,000 purchase.

The sleep expert was very helpful in ordering replacement layers for our Naturepedic mattress. We are very happy with the service and the product.
