We transitioned from another POS TO SKYTAB few months ago and let me tell you as a small restaurant owner it has truly been the best decision I made. My experience with SkyTab has been mostly pleasant. There have been some hiccups due to some limited capabilities since I have a food truck and not a full service restaurant, which this platform was created for. My agent, Ed Campbell, is top tier! He is ALWAYS accessible and willing to assist with ANY any all issues or concerns. Without him, we’d have been lost and confused many times. Overall, no major complaints regarding the system and certainly no complaints with our sales rep!

I got my Machine from John only a few months ago and I have to say it was the best move I ever made, John was a great help to me when setting the machine up. The machine is so easy to use and never have a problem with signal as it has its own sim card
