Maya the great !
Since I had a 11 hour flight to Honolulu , Maya got me a comfort + seat , which was so helpful to me , as I have a bad back . She was ever so polite , efficient , helpful and professional . Truly , a great person to work with ! Thank you Maya for being so nice to me . Congrats on your work ethic !

Made my day
I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections. United has a wonderful employee in Maya and will help them being a great representative for their brand. THANK YOU MAYA & UNITED.
