This is the worse tv in the world it's so slow and now it's stopped working warning don't buy this rubbish

I have been with sky for 16 years thought I would try it as we needed a new TV absolutely terrible I am sat looking at a blank screen cannot record anything the whole TV package is a sham PLEASE do not buy it’s so bad and we are supposed to have fast WIFI it’s not worth the money at all I would. Of recommend this at all

The remote is absolutely stupid this spoils the experience of changing remote battery .. for older people limited access this is near impossible shame on you sky there is no logic to making the remote this stupid sort it out.!!’

Wost thing i ever purchased, cant even clean the damn thing its like it has a film over it that won't buff clean so always looks streaky no matter what you use or wipe with. It's heavy and bulky cant be put on a bracket on the wall. That's just a couple of the annoying things with it and dont get me started with the inferior remote control! Dont waste your money.

comparing my sky glass experience with my previous experience with a sky Q box and my own TV, i find it has the odd positive like everything in one place and easy enough to navigate and it all comes through my internet rather than relying on a cable to a sky terminal in a shared cupboard in my block. the biggest issues though are the overall inferior overall functionality such as the remote control having less functionality and the biggest problem being that there's no capacity for recording items as this has been replaced with the option to save a link to a streamed item which disappears once the item leaves the streaming platform.

I have had mine sky glass for a while now ,unfortunately still in contract . Its the worst thing I have ever paid for . Reported it recently as it is always saying 'not connected' although it is wired into my Internet box ,which is also through sky . Everything else connects perfectly to my WiFi . When I rang sky to complain the offered to send me another TV ,which they did, however the same problem again . The remote is very temperamental and need to keep changing the batteries ,sometimes the TV just doesn't turn on . I was informed by sky that they would take £15 off my bill for the inconvenience ,that did not happen either . So disappointed in the product and the service ,can't wait for my contract to be finished

I have had Sky Glass for about 3 months. What a pile of shit it is. Forever losing the link to the internet box, despite 'Always logged on' mode, keeps losing the program during watching and having to find work arounds to get it back only to lose it again. The biggest scam is I had loads of films recorded with sky satellite only to lose them with sky glass, to get them again I have to pay for them now.

So so bad! The TV has terrible picture and sound quality. It’s not user friendly and can’t record. The best thing about it is I can return it
