Placed an order 3 weeks ago for the toner which was and is in stock. It has not shipped and I have not received the product. I’ve emailed them many times asking for an update and now I am asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. I’ve received zero response from them.

Dear Fabiola, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay. As we informed you ealier via email, your order delivery was delayed because of the holiday season in Europe, and was shipped out on Jan 4th right after the service reopened. We have also confirmed that your order has arrived on Jan 5th. We hope you enjoy the product and please feel free to reach out to us if you have any problems. Thank you. :) SkinRx Lab US
