SkinmedixReviews of skinmedix.com

My order was half shipped and half stolen. SkinMedix refused to take any responsibility. Initial response was that they would conduct investigation. After multiple unanswered follow up emails and voice messages, they cut off all communication, no update on investigation, no replacement products, no refund. They do not pick up calls and do not answer emails. It is a fraudulent company, do not be scammed and deceived by their "reasonable" prices! You can lose hundreds of $ and will not hear from them ever again!

I bought the pca pigment gel in May 2026. The product expires in August 2026. Buyers be aware, they give you old stock and don’t take any responsibility into replacing it. I would never buy anything from them again.

paid £111 for a cream, but I never received the product. I have emailed the company several times asking them either to send the product I paid for or issue me a full refund, but they have not responded. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and concerned that this may be a scam. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.

I purchased 3 products from SkinMedix and the Obagi Elastiderm Eye Cream is drying my eye area, irritating and causing redness all around the eye area. They refuse to let me send the product back even for an exchange of another product or a refund. I was told "Regarding your request, we apologize but er are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used". I am a returning customer and am disappointed that I will be placing any future orders with them. I paid $72 for this product and am not a happy customer. Buyers beware.

Purchased a product online that was shipped across the country THREE times before it got to me (very, very late). When I opened the box, the security seal on the product was broken. Three emails to customer service requesting a return authorization resulted in a message that "the product is completely good and fresh, so there’s nothing to worry about." Wt*??!

When I ordered yesterday and after putting my credit card info in, I got a message on your website saying the order was received and processing. Today I logged in and there was no sign of my order being placed nor was there any payment information, etc in my account. Called the bank immediately to have the card canceled. I'll see if they answer my email sent to support.

SKAM! They took my money around 100 USD and I never got anything! DONT order!!

The worst experience ever. After trying to cancel my order, they first lied that it has already been shipped (tracking information was updated only the next day). Now I am waiting for two week and nothing
