Hello Joanie, Your order shipped the same day it was placed, which was 2/28/26. As for the authenticity of the product, we understand your concerns. I understand why the packaging raised questions. I want to reassure you that the Sothys product you received is 100% authentic. The item was sourced through authorized channels and is distributed by Sothys USA, which is a licensed distributor of Sothys France. Some Sothys products are manufactured and labeled in the United States for the U.S. market, which is why you may see “Miami, FL” on the packaging. This does not indicate that the product is counterfeit—it reflects regional distribution and manufacturing practices. To provide full transparency, I have emailed you a screenshot of the direct correspondence from Sothys confirming the authenticity of this product.
