The best hosting ever I have seen as I want a server where me and my friends can play with zero lag and no ping issues and the hosting which I saw before this were too expensive but this hosting might blew up and can take the top rank hosters...Please guys try this if you are read this feedback.

Biggest shit in the world

This has been one of the worst hosting providers I've used. At first, I liked their Minecraft hosting because the server stayed online 24/7, even when their control panel was down. However, the control panel itself is almost unusable. It constantly disconnects or stops responding, and I have to refresh it every 5–20 seconds. This makes even simple tasks frustrating and time-consuming. Later, I purchased their Discord bot hosting, and the bot wouldn't even start. When I contacted support, they immediately blamed my code. However, the exact same code runs perfectly on other hosting providers without any issues, so the problem is clearly not on my side. When I requested a refund, they refused. They don't even offer a basic 24-hour refund policy. Instead of fixing the issue, they told me to pay more so they could build my bot themselves, which was completely unreasonable after my hosting wasn't working in the first place. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. Poor panel stability, unhelpful support, and no refund policy make it a service I would avoid.
