They incentivize fake positive reviews on other websites to skew their numbers. Their emails and private messages are spammy, poorly written, and mostly unhelpful, and my research on the company shows jobs they post are inappropriate for my entry-level experience level. My time would have been better spent searching for jobs on other platforms.

That's a rather bold claim. We don't see your name listed as current or former member of the marketplace. We know team members reached out to learn more about your skills but that is where our trail ends.
