Its been more then a week they havent even shipped my order the told me after purchase within 48hours they will ship it. But the customer service is full ai replied. Totally a horrible experience and a lier company. I wouldn’t recommend Update: neither they arranged dedicated customer support IT IS STILL AI REPLIED MAILS!! Also my order says its delivered and its been a week. No one updates me with anything! i did not received my order but its says delivered….also they did not compensate as well Finally my order arrived. It took a month to arrive! Product seem really good arrived in good condition. But still waiting for compensation product as they promised. I will be updating if anything changes

Product pinched my neck too hard so I requested a refund. Still haven't received instructions on how to return the product so I can get a refund. It's been about 2 weeks and I've sent an email multiple times. I feel like they're trying to avoid giving me a refund despite their refund policy. 11/17/2025 Edited to add: I changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars after finally receiving my refund. My initial review prompted a response with the return address. I emailed to follow up on the refund 1 week after tracking said it was received which prompted the actual refund. If anything, the product seemed decent quality, just hope you don't need to return it for some reason if you buy.

It took almost 3 months for my order to arrive in Australia. With the tracking link updating that the item has been returned to sender. And then some time later, a random Australia Post delivery from "Shipping Dept" no additional details showed up on my email. Didn't know what it was. Then it arrived. Product was good but customer service is very, very poor. I have sent multiple follow up emails regarding my order, they never replied.

Shipping/ delivery, it took longer than expected. Over a month ordered 31st october. Not arrive yet.! Your shipping guide in your website is misleading. For international order and delivery.

I older three bundle-sale , and they all come to different package and time; and one is different brand name of massage gun not from SKG 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ , and I still didn’t got my massage gun yet , it’s been almost 2 weeks ; I like the massage item ; but Don’t like the delivery customer service is horrible .

The massager feature is perfect why is there no app to actually control this thing? Also why can’t you turn the music off or down without pairing it to a phone?
