My skates arrived sharpened and oiled and good to go. Shipping could have been a wee bit faster. BUT since we are on opposite coasts, I was ok with it. They also forgot to add my free skate guards as part of their promo but they promptly shipped them out to me and I got those in like a day. Definitely recommend. I chose them over amazon because they are the skates guru after all.

I paid for 3 day delivery but it was sent regular shipping. I am trying to get reimbursed for extra shipping charges but no response from the company. Skates.guru has since reimbursed the extra shipping fee. However they also accused me of slander as they claimed i had not sent them an email regarding this issue. I would happily forward my sent email to anyone to prove i tried to resolve my complaint with them. I will not use this company again.
